Soul de Cuba will offer Cuban Roast Pork Plate with rice, beans and plantains, as well as Shrimp Kabob skewers with rice, beans and plantains, and Cuban roast pork sandwiches – tender, succulent roast pork slow cooked in garlic and lemon juices on a bun with BBQ sauce. Chef Kamal Jemmari.

Blue Moon Beer – served with orange wedges – Killian and Coors Lite will be on sale at the three beer trucks, all priced at $4.
Bacardi flavored Mojitos – Grand Melon, Limon, and Peach – will be on sale at the Mojito bar across from Indigo, all priced at $5.
Seven wines are suggested as pairing for the food - Bohemian Highway Cabernet Sauvignon , Toasted Head Chardonnay, La Vielle Ferme Rouge, Estancia Pinot Grigio and Rodney Strong Sauvignon Blanc will be priced at $5, while Penfolds Shiraz Thomas Hyland, and Beringer Pinot Noir III Century will be priced at $7.
At the Premium Wine Tasting Bar across from Tea at 1024, hosted by Brasserie Du Vin and local downtown celebrity sommelier Eric Chandler, a $15 dollar entry gains 5 tickets for two-ounce tastings of over a dozen further select fine wines.
