Soul de Cuba will offer Cuban Roast Pork Plate with rice, beans and plantains, as well as Shrimp Kabob skewers with rice, beans and plantains, and Cuban roast pork sandwiches – tender, succulent roast pork slow cooked in garlic and lemon juices on a bun with BBQ sauce.  Chef Kamal Jemmari.

Brasserie Du Vin will offer sandwiches and salads from its new lunch menu. Details tbc. Chef Scott Nelson

Café Joy will offer Chili Chicken and Pad Ka Pao (beef & beans)

Tea @ 1024: Quiche and salad, plus “Desserts after Dark” to include Dolce Teton Mousse Cake, Chocolate Ribbon Cake, Assorted Mini Cheesecakes, Scones and Brownies. Chef/Owner Michele Henry.

Bale will offer Spring Rolls, BBQ Chicken skewers, and Chow Mein with Thai Coffee and Tea.

Le Crepe Café will offer sweet and savory crepes from their unique mobile cart

Bambu’s will showcase their new salad, sandwich and patisserie menu.
